Recently had our kitchen and lounge fitted with laminate . Excellent service from start to finish . The staff  David in particular in the showroom were very professional providing me with all the information  we required and the fitters were superb completing the job perfectly , cleanly and in the time specified . We would not hesitate to recommend Paul Rogers Flooring .

My partner went in today and he  made her feel like he didn't want our money or that we couldn't afford them. A woman is clearly not welcome in this "macho" place.  if your not a middle age man, it's not worth your time going here. Poor poor customer service

We've had 2 bedrooms re floored with laminate and a bathroom re floored with Karndean  with Paul Rogers and they look absolutely superb. We're in the process of having our living room/dining room re floored and so far they have been so helpful with advice, I felt obliged to highly recommend this company and all its staff. Will update this review when latest rooms are finished. Brilliant service.

We received great service from Paul Rogers Flooring last year when we had laminate fitted in our living room and hallway.  Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of our experience this time round when looking for flooring to be fitted for our kitchen. Despite us giving plenty of notice, and being responsive to their requests of work we needed to complete, we were then informed a week before, that they did not have our requested flooring in stock. This is despite being told in all of our previous discussions this work could be completed at short notice. When we asked if there was any alternative solutions such as different flooring, we were informed there was not.  We were very disappointed by this service, it appeared that they were not bothered by our business at all. Safe to say, we will not be going back.

Ordered Karndean Art Decor for entrance hall, kitchen and dining room extension. They had to screed all surfaces, before fitting Karndean. We went away for two days. We came home floor was ready and couple of days later Jayson came to fit the Karndean, in fairness he is a true craftsman and a perfectionist thank you

Horrendous customer service. Incredibly rude man that you have to deal with. I ordered my flooring and had one of their employees out to measure. While he was there he asked what type of door bars I would like, I was unsure so he said it would be safer to order both types and just return the ones I didnt want. When it came to the fitting the fitters were wonderful, they were independent contractors and I hope that Paul Rodgers compensate them greatly for the hastle they are put through regularly. However on their arrival the fitters soon realised that nowhere near enough flooring had been ordered and contacted paul rodgers who seemed to be in no hurry to correct their mistake. They also hadn't ordered the door bars as requested. They said they couldn't get anything until the following Monday the day our furniture was being moved in! Which meant we had to delay our movers in order for them to finish the floor. At no point did anyone from Paul Rodgers contact me to apologise or try to keep me updated. The work ended up being completed on the Wednesday afternoon as they missed the cut off to order the door bars in time for the Monday and the fitters were already fully booked for Tuesday. The final straw came Thursday morning when bright and early I had a call from Mr Personality at Paul Rodgers who said "This is Paul Rodgers, are you going to pay this bill then?" THEY WEREN'T EVEN OPEN ON THE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON TO PAY THE BILL ANY SOONER! Completely unprofessional and to top it all when I asked if he felt that as a matter of courtesy he should at least have called to give me an apology for all the hastle I'd had he responded "Why don't you apologise to me for making me get you all new door bars?!" I'm absolutely amazed by the positive reviews on this page and can only assume they are directed at the wonderful independent fitters that are professional and excellent at what they do. I have kept their number and would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service ! Paul Rogers have been nothing but efficient and helpful from the very start. There is such a vast range you really are spoilt for choice. Would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting new flooring, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Ordered laminate for the whole ground floor to replace laminate that had been down for 12years +. Called into Paul Rogers and was impressed with the selection on offer. Took a sample away and arranged the fitting. The job Shaun did was superb and we are delighted with the finish . He takes real pride in his work. I will always use Paul Rogers flooring in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them. Local company using local tradesman and doing a fantastic job.

Paul Rogers was so helpful, gave us advice about another company we used for Karndean flooring which caused huge problems with how this other company fitted the work. Paul Rogers Flooring were not obliged to give us any advice as we have never purchased anything from them but they helped us out with any cost to us. I would not hesitate or call this business for our next carpet fit. Thank you so much Paul Rogers. Highly Recommend...

Went elsewhere in Bridgend first but weren't we glad we chose Paul Rogers .First class service. A massive thanks must go to the two fittets who done all our carpets and Karndean flooring two brilliant fitters and two really nice guys cheers Jason and Jamie
