The place is nice and clean. We took our baby swimming for the first place. Pool was lovely and warm. Plenty of noodles and floats about to use. Changing rooms were nice and clean.nnOnly thing the changing tables are outside the cubicles so is tricky to get changed with a baby if you are there alone. Other places I've been there's been the pull the down changing table in the cubicle so you can strap them in when you are getting dressed. I did see some changing mats outside on top of the lockers as I was leaving.nnMy husband went and used the health suite. Was really quiet which made it a really relaxing time.nnOverall great experience
I have visited this Leisure centre for the first time and a had a good impression. Nice staff and also nice facilities, with a reasonable nice a swimming pool. Nice coffee shop with seating area also. Good place for practising sport.
Staff lovely and polite, Family changing rooms with large cubicles, minor pool was a big size, shallow area and another area that was waist level which was perfect. Also had baby changing matts if you needed them as the cubicles didn’t have changing tables just a bench some have a baby chair but not all of them.nnDown side showers overlook the pool with no shower curtains/privacy, 4 star purely for the staff&pool itself as it was clean the changing rooms and shower area on the other hand was disgusting. Tops of the cubicles had like railings across them and there was big clumps of hair shoved on them, the changing room floor was covered in what looked like crisps, nail clippings a lot and just dirty in general, showers the water wasn’t even going down the drains with the amount of hair in them all. Just didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned all day, I know the place was busy but it was just really off putting.
I've been going here since I was a child myself. Both the adult and children's pools are a good size. There are no slides but my child still loves it. The pools are kept clean and I think having a unisex changing room is handy for the whole family as there are private cubicles for everyone and family sized ones. The centre also has an excellent gym, health suite and many fitness classes take place. Something for everyone.
Friendly helpful staff and fabulous facilities. Great choice and variety of classes. Always clean but could do with being a little cooler in the upstairs gym.
