These people are wonderful! I live abroad and I have used them many times to deliver flowers to my mother who lives in Crewkerne. On several occasions I've got in touch via email with them at the last minute, having forgotten that it was Mother's Day or her birthday until very late, and each time they've come up trumps and delivered beautiful bouquets to my very appreciative mother on the important day. In fact, today only a couple of hours elapsed between my emailing Rachel and the flowers being delivered. The flowers are invariably lovely, sweet smelling and long lasting, bringing enormous pleasure to my 90+ aged mother. Thank you so much, Rachel & co.
I use Rodfords annually for special occasions as I live abroad. I have been happy with the service until 2019 Mothers Day. I wanted an extra special arrangement of Lillie’s so Rodfords suggested I upgrade to £40 + delivery £47 total. What was delivered was 1. Lazily arranged 2. had only a handful of Lillie’s. This review app does not allow pictures otherwise I would post as evidence. I’m rather disappointed and will be looking for alternatives in the future. More pride should be taken in their work, even and especially in busy periods.
We have just received a beautiful bouquet of flowers via Interflora, from Rodfords The Florist of Market Square, Crewkerne. Fabulous selection of fresh flowers beautifully arranged. Have taken photos so our friend who lovingly sent can see, he will be delighted. Thank you Rodfords.

I have received interflora flowers from rodfords of Crewkerne. And Am very disappointed. As only 4 sad looking roses. Some alstramara are drooping. And so much greenery, it shows the flowers are inadequate. as box is so big thenough flowers are very lost. Extremely dissapointed. Disgusting arrangement. Can't evenue give 1 star.
ordered flowers for a funeral, i had a large coffin spray,a heart and some posies, can honestly say i was over whelmed with the end result,customer service was excellent,listened to my requirements and did exactly what was asked ,would highly recommend this business for their excellent service

£40 hand tied arrangement, all cheap filler except for 3 carnations, one lily and two cheap sprays of chrysanths, the sort of arrangement you'd leave on the shelf, sad that a generous gesture is so boring, bland and disappointing, where did all the money go, back pocket springs to mind ! Definitely one to miss !
