We had a whole house of new windows about 8 years ago, the wood effect windows have been fine but the handles had a lacquer on which began peeling off.  We phoned and asked about this and they sent a fitter around to look at it.  The upshot was that although the handles were only warranted for (I think) 2 years they changed the whole lot of nearly 30 without a quibble.  Not only that but changed a few hinges and adjusted some outside doors that I had fitted myself all free of charge.
So we are extremely happy with both the initial fit and quality of the windows and the service we received 8 years on.

So everyone raved on about Rodda and Hocking, but i'm not impressed at the moment.

We had a very poor experience with Rodda & Hocking.
They did not provide the UPVC orengary roof that we ordered from them. They failed to finish the job and we had to contract another company to provide a complete remedial service.
In our opinion their work men were not of a very high or professional standard. Overall we had a very unpleasant experience with this company.
We would not recommend them.
