No doubt about it, the best newsagent in the whole of London!
Had three packages delivered there, and was only able to collect one. The second one they could not find at all, and the third one was shown to me, but they refused to give it to me, as although I had the barcode and they scanned it, they said I needed another code.
Excellent staff members, they always put a smile on your face
Bad collection point CollectPlus starts @9am not as shown in the pickup instructions 6:30am.
Good local newsagent. Excellent selection of papers and magazines, suited to the Notting Hill set, lots on fashion and interior design. Many international titles. If you can't get your favourite magazine elsewhere it's worth a try here.
Great selection of magazines! From different themes. You can find anything here. There is also cold drinks and some stationary. They close at 8pm. Very handy and they have a VERY special bag... :-
They refused to accept the parcel I was returning under the CollectPlus service. I was forced to find another outlet some distance away, where they accepted the parcel and provided a tracking number without any hesitation. On this basis I would suggest avoiding this store for the handling of parcels.
