Hello. I definitely do not recommend. I've been sick for over a week I took paracetamol on my own for a few days when it didn't help I decided to call the doctor because I felt a burning sensation in my chest and I had an increasing cough, I needed an antibiotic. I called, described my problem and a Polish woman informed me that if the doctor made a decision, he would send an antibiotic. but he didn't even talk to me or anything. they told me to call at 1 p.m. so I'll call and this lady is telling me that I won't get the antibiotic and I have to treat myself. a disaster. Of course I'm going to change clinics.
Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff working at the reception. Would not recommend.
I could only say few words about this Centre. Unpolite polish staff and female doctor which don't know how treated people. Never ever came back to this practice.
Stay well away, receptionists who can't understand what you are saying and doctor Wilson is no help whatsoever Avoid, plenty of others to choose from.
always help with highly experienced doctors
