When you walk through the it's step back in time to where things got repaired and not thrown away If you want a part for a piece of kit that you want to get back on the road I'm not into a skip this is the place to amplifiers speakers what sort of audio you may need to use they've got it all they can even repair it for you if you want When it's right it's and at this place is definitely right
Lovely shop with really friendly and helpful staff. Had a minor repair to my guitar carried out quickly at a very reasonable price - very happy with the results! Great selection of products. Will definitely return here!
I love it here but it is a sad indictment that it stands like a last bastion against big business. If you want to see what capitalism has done to small business, please go here, accept the problem and then help support them to fix it. In spite, they have the most experienced and knowledgeable staff who are dedicated to what they do… the selection might not always be premium brand, but what they do have is character, knowledge and they’re plain speaking - in the 27 or so years I’ve visited often with long breaks, it’s been almost like a family feeling than a sale… the way I remember shops being. I really hope that this great place gets the boost it needs soon and don’t believe this review - go there yourselves and see with your own eyes. A real shop, for real musicians. 87.5/10

Had a pleasant experience took my grandson to have his guitar tuned and to buy a case for his guitar he enjoyed his visit too great guy and a great shop .
Felt compelled to write a review after reading the negative ones. Been using Rock Factory about 10 years, bought reams of stuff from it and met many members of staff. All the current lads are great, John's done work on a bit of my gear and Frank is a lovely bloke, a great player and puts you at ease. A person's experience in a music shop is usually determined by how you approach it. If you're willing to concede you don't know EVERYTHING and listen to people who are paid to know and to help, then it'll be a happy experience. However, if you go in and reckon you know better, chances are things aren't going to go well. This place has been a shrine for many people for a long, long time and long may it reign.
Great guitar shop. I buy all my guitars from them. Excellent quality and service. And after service is excellent
