Avoid like the plague. Sent my mower in for repair. Took them 6 weeks to pick it up. Then they tried to charge me £850 for a lot of extra unnecessary work. Got price down to £200. When they delivered it back, machine still had original issue and wouldn't start. They then quibbled about picking it up and getting the repair properly fixed.
Excellent visit. Clear explanation of the mower we eventually purchased. Thank you Rochfords!

Normally able to get the bit you need quickly but normally seem to have a wide ranging stock.
