Do not park here. The car park tends to flood when it rains. Pigeons nest everywhere. I had damage to my vehicle due to a substance leaking on the bonnet, this has ruined the coating of my car and will be expensive to repair. Despite reaching out to rochdale riverside they have refused any accountability for the damage despite me paying 80 quid a month to park there. Do not park on this site.
Convenient parking bays for families near to the entrance and wider family bays, reasonably priced, quality lighting only issue is when using stairs always smells of smoke and some strong unfortunately not ideal when shopping with family avoid use lifts instead.
M&S ground floor car park pay point. Only one of two pay points working. Always paid by Apple Pay previously. Today this did not work and only payment by bank card could be done, which I do not always carry with me. Due to the kindness of a stranger who paid the £2 fee I was able to get off the car park. Also, top floor was very full at around 12.30pm, and I understand that the new hotel has taken up a lot of the spaces now and shoppers have less bays. Its only Wednesday afternoon, what is it going to be like in the next few weeks in the run up to Christmas!
Modern car park that's fee to use if you go to the cinema and put your reg in.
