Haven't used the station for 10+ years to find that everything's changed.. not that that's the issue the issue is I was spoken to rudley when I didn't have a clue on how the new ticket system worked I couldn't select the destination I wanted.. which was 2 stops away from where I was.. so was charged full rate as if i was going to manchester Victoria.. the staff at gates are rude and need to find a new job over all horrible experiance and it's a shame that the train drivers get slated over times and delays and they have very few breaks.. the train drivers I can not fault but the staff at the bottom gate need removing and replacing.. I was treated by another staff upon my return and was waiting to see how they was with me and when I put my ticket in a asked why it wasn't working and he replied coz can u not see the "x" that's why! Well excuse me I don't work in your environment nor do I use your service until I was told that I could get me to my place of work quicker yesterday.. but I will not be using again I would rather sit on a bus for 1.5 hours with changes
