Place is a dive. Staff are rude. Security behave like thugs on a power trip. One of them came up too me and took my hat off my head without saying anything, talk about invading someones personal space. On a saturday night , cloackroom was shut. We asked why. Girl at pay desk said she had no idea  how, she works there   !  Think they need retrained. Fights broke out at the end and it just wasnt worth it. In my opinion place should be avoided.

I don’t know why they have hired thugs as doormen! The security guards are RUDE. They took my friends Id off her and they were saying it wasn’t her even though we had showed other proof that it was her.She’s having to go back into Hamilton to the police station to collect it. We tried to reason with them as she has her theory test. We had heard so many bad things about the ROC especially the bouncers being thugs. I will definitely not be back and suggest anyone thinking of going i would reconsider! But if management see this then I would suggest getting new staff at the door, maybe more friendlier and understanding staff. Bunch of immature men targeting young girls, verbally abusing us!! Be careful going everyone!!!

Absolutely shocking bouncers are really disrespectful. My friend handed over her id which they believed to have been “fake” when it definitely wasn’t and she showed more proof of id and they still weren’t accepting it so they took her provisional sure to not be giving her it back. We called the police as it was urgent to get it back she has her theory test coming up, at this point we weren’t even wanting in the club we just wanted the id back and now my friends having to go to the police station to pick it up. We were standing at the bus stop and they were giving us so much abuse and telling everyone coming out the club which then lead to them saying things to us aswell. Not professional at all and would advise anyone that’s considering going to re think there plans !!!!

Shocking atmosphere very agressive right off the bat not only security but also bar staff. Drinks taste nothing like you order. Better not to be in here your life will not only be happier but longer give this place a wide body swerve.

Would not recommend even if you live in the area. Possibly easier to get home from, but is it really worth it having utterly pathetic bouncers who bully and treat customers with contempt? No wonder there are so many awful reviews.

I went to the roc three years ago In 2019 went to it tonight 2022 three years later and refused me over I being Irish I asked can you please give me a straight explanation why I’m not allowed and he told me up straight and I have him on video he told me over me being Irish it weren’t a bad nightclub I’ll never be back again it’s 2022 not 1950 100% racism at it’s finest

I was in this club with my friends last Saturday. The security paralysed my friend with using taser gun for no reason. After he being paralyzed they kicked him. When police came they said that my friend got epilepsy attack. This place should be closed down, it's unsafe. Security are aggressive towards everyone. Be ashamed!!!

When the owners of Roc took over the nightclub they intended on making this a place safer for young people than going into Glasgow. It is anything but.  Harassment from bouncers especially older people I have heard, the lethal vodka being served and regular reports of assault in the uni-sex toilets.  This is not an enjoyable night out in Hamilton and I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs!

The club looks horrible and the bouncers are more concerned about bullying the customers   than doing their job

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND ADVISE YOUR KIDS NOT TO GO NEAR THE DUMP HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS AT ALL. THE BOUNCERS ARE JUMPED UP NOBODYS ON A POWER TRIP!!
