You will get a cheaper deal but the service is so horrendous, please pay the extra as the pain you have to endure just to get your item or resolve any issues if it is faulty are not worth it. Mike sadly has no idea about customer service, managing expectation, communication or how to deal with problems. The bed took 2 months to arrive although we were told it would be a few weeks, then it arrived damaged. Four months on Mike still hadn’t resolved even though W&G have had the replacement part for 3 months.
My husband has paid for furniture that has not arrived and is unable to get any communication from the business for months. We're working with the local debt collectors now on next steps. So very disappointed
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FRAUD. Ordered and paid for furniture and now ghosted. Do not use this company. Failed to respond to emails and now chasing unanswered emails and phone calls for a refund for goods ordered 6m ago.
Cannot fault this company , Mike Robinson has gone that extra mile to send our furniture in perfect condition. I definitely recommend them whole heartedly !
A 5 star service from a company that goes the extra mile to help it's customers. Cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent and friendly communication at all stages. We were very impressed with the company, it's products, and it's service. Well done to Mike and to Adam who delivered our sofa. We are thrilled with it!

Buyers beware, do not pay any money up front I paid for furniture that was to be delivered by the end of January. I heard nothing until I phoned and have since been told one false story after another, delivery by end of February, then end of March, then told he can’t fulfil the order, Asked for a refund onto my card, that was 3 weeks ago and still not received the money, well over £1000 Mr Robinson told me the money had left his account, but I’ve still not received it It’s now going to solicitors to get my refund BEWARE
Now I have had time to calm down I have got to say that I would have avoided buying from Mr Robinson had I known he was a very non helpful man when things don't go well,It has taken him since the end of March this year to replace a damaged sideboard he delivered, the long saga lasted until the 2nd week in September this year, my wife and I had many a row over him not getting it sorted out for us she just wanted to keep the damaged sideboard just to give me a bit of peace of mind because at the time I was in and out of hospital for a not very nice illness, so just beware of this company and this mans attitude towards his customers, which is none he never reply's to email's or phone calls. I do have one note to add and that is the two boys who deliver the furniture are excellent and very good at handling on going complaints they get because Mike Robinson
Well what more can i say!! From start to finish we are very impressed with the professional fast and efficient service we received from Robinson Interiors cleethorpes. We were notified of a delivery date with the option to change if we wanted to and the driver called us on the day & we even received a text the day befor to notify us of the expected arrival time. The sideboard we choose was a huge suprise to me because it is gorgeous - I knew it was good but not expecting it to be of such high quality. It is very well made, solid and matches the description. The packaging was almost as good as the product! A lot of care had gone into that. Really proud of our purchase and all of our family will be using Robinson's in the future. Be very careful handing over your money if the furniture is not in stock, you will hear one lie after another regarding delivery and associated problems. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...........
