last night i got a call on my house phone at 7:30pm. it went to a voice machine so i hung up. i looked up the name and thought omg who am i in trouble with. i rang them today and a guy asked me for my code what should be on top of my letter. told him i have not got any letters off you but you rang me last night on my house phone what i do find odd because i never give out my house number. he asked for my house phone number what i could not give because i can't remember it so i gave him my postcode seeing that they should of sent me a letter....i'm not even on there computer. i even gave them my mothers postcode but nope. he said when you find out your house number to ring them up again but like i said but if i'm not on your computer with my postcode why do you need my house number???

6+ calls a day, no idea who they are wont confirm any details even though i apparently owe them?! Which i actually don't as I've just paid off my final debt! No letter or email ever received either! DO NOT answer there calls let alone confirm details or give them a penny of your hard earned cash! Disgusting company need shutting down! Number blocked :)

Who are these idiots? I've been receiving calls on a phone number I didn't have when I lived at a previous address they have quoted. I haven't live their for 3 years! Now I've received a letter asking me to contact them. I'm going to the police as I've had a lot of fraud in the last 18 months. I've no debt or debts so this is a scam...

Got a few text messages saying that Robinson Way has "made repeated attempts to contact you", "We're still waiting to hear from you", but with out any efforts, that I could see, to actually contact me beyond text messages telling me they were trying to get in touch. Then I started receiving automated phonecalls, which i hung up on. So I decided to phone them and see what the score was. They already had my phone number so I confirmed that, they already had my name so I confirmed that too, but when I wouldn't confirm anything else (why would I, when I didn't have a clue who these jokers where), they told me they couldn't tell me what the contact was regarding... I suspect these guys are chancers and, having checked Experian, I am ignoring them.

Awful company. They have sent numerous letters to my house for someone who has never lived here. Each time I tell them this, they say I won’t receive anything further from them....then a week later, another letter arrives. Rude customer services when you call, who repeat the same information like they’re robots, and they refuse to allow you to speak to the complaints department.
