I entered the shop shortly after a chap in a Porsche who the lady serving was being very pleasant too.(Helping him carry his logs to the car). I was in scruffy work clothes and driving my old work car. I needed some stove rope and glue so wasn't going to be spending much. I stood for a moment trying to remember what I needed and she said "Didn't you think to write it down?" , like I was some kind of simpleton. Felt completely patronised. Won't be visiting again. Would rather order online than be made to feel this way.
