A multi-disciplinary law firm based in Cardiff and Barry, Robertsons was established in 1903 in the docklands area of Cardiff. Merging with Paddison Wigley in 1985, we relocated to our listed building premises at Park Place, Cardiff in 1987. And we’ve been here ever since.

Our Barry office remains at the original Paddison Wigley offices in Buttrils Road.

Robertsons proudly achieved Law society Lexcel accreditation in December 2007 and were one of the first legal practices in Cardiff to do this.

Very pleased with the service received from Robertsons. Despite relatively short notice, was able to get great advice regarding a settlement agreement which enabled me to negotiate much better terms. Highly recommended.
Not happy if I am honest! They might know what they do , however when it’s the first time you buying a house and want to be in a loop and asking questions they don’t come back to you until you remind them. Sometimes they would promise to email and yet again never do until you email them first. After living a whole year in my house found out from my bank I wasn’t even registered with the Land Registry as Robertsons’s never finished the process. It’s really frustrating! There are many points I would mention but generally speaking if you have alternative option I wouldn’t go with Robertsons. I will never use they services again that’s for sure especially considering the money I paid. Not recommending!
Having never made a claim before for bad tenants I was very unsure who to go with. From the start I was put at ease and guided through the process step by step. Every query was responded to by email or call immediately. I knew I had made the right choice.

Not recommended, They took more than we agreed , then provided me with copy decree absolute certificate and they told me its original one . After while i went to apostille it , and foreign commonwealth and development office refused to certified it BECAUSE was only COPY decree absolute . When i gave them call to see how to help they refused to assist with this matter. Don't waste your mony with them
Really great service and easy communication! Robin was very helpful from the very beginning and the communication with me and the counterpart's solicitors were spot on. There were a few small issues with the transaction, but we sorted out in the end without much difficulty. Highly recommended!
