Ed was able to come and assess the tank really quickly and managed to book us in the next day to complete the job. He communicated with us all the way through about when he would be able to arrive etc. His calm and friendly manner put us at ease. The price he charged for the work was clear and good value. We would recommend him without hesitation and will be asking him to service our boiler from now on!

Avoid at all costs! Not unless you like to be messed about by someone who ultimately will never be able to fix the problem. Ed failed to turn up on no less than 9 times over a four month period to fix my range cooker / boiler. As he repeatedly promised he would come and so I did not feel the need to find someone else, but in the end he just ceased all contact, even when I offered him to just name his price. I have now found a competent engineer who has advised that the bit of work Ed did do, was unnecessary. A complete time waster.

Ed Roberts has serviced my oil boiler and Aga cooker for several years. He is always been very prompt to sort out any problems that have occurred.  He is friendly, courteous and helpful.  He's also a very tidy worker and leaves my house clean. I can highly recommend Ed.

From the initial phone call, estimate,and completion of work.Ed was  totally professional, hard working, tidy and left us safe with a new oil tank. Will not hesitate to use again.
