I booked an appointment to get my extractor fans checked out and replaced. Despite having sent photos of the fans, as requested, and being told what models they were, the electrician who turned up spent the whole time on the phone to his boss asking questions only in order to confirm these facts. 

I was then quoted an outrageous price for new parts - averaging more than twice the price for which I was able to find them myself. When I pointed this out, they clearly knew they had been rumbled and refused to engage further with me.

The electrician they sent was clearly very junior and turned up half an hour late, making me late to work as a consequence. I would definitely not recommend using this company.

We moved to a new office and realised the number of power points were insufficient plus security was not up to scratch. We called Roberts for an inspection and asked for advice. I must say from the initial inspection to completion, the service has been first class. I would gladly recommend them to all.

Over the years we have had the pleasure of dealing Roberts Electrical on many occasions. This time we were having our home renovated, so we hired them to repair and upgrade the lighting system. They are always my first port of call for any electrical work.

Last week, my electrics stopped working and I called Roberts electricians. The electrician came within 30 minutes of call and repaired the issue in no time at all. I would recommend them to all. Thanks for speedy service.

No doubt! Roberts Electrical are one of the best electricians in Didcot. The team is very knowledgeable and experienced. I approach them whenever there is an electrical emergency at my place.
