Fantastic service, friendly, reliable and excellent work - just picked up my BMW with refreshed alloys and they are superb. Nice people, great knowledge and super helpful - fully recommended.

Disappointed! I've been using Robert Thompson's for about 15 years & I've always received good service & decent repairs but I've noticed that one of the mechanics has developed a rather surly, unhelpful attitude. The last work done by them wasn't done to a good standard either. Because of this I'll be taking my custom elsewhere. I don't really want to do this because I like continuity with garages & I like to develop a good customer/business relationship but I don't like paying hundreds of pounds & being made to feel like they're doing me a favour & that I'm a bit of a nuisance. I hope someone has a word. I won't be the only customer he's upset.
