Receiving court letters unexpectedly is never pleasant but when you have to deal with some less than sensitive legal secretaries who think its fine to talk over you and tell you "that's not how it works" and other suchlike attitude then the whole thing becomes very intimidating. I feel that the nature of my contact with them has lead the staff to form negative personal opinions of myself and feel also that they are allowing any personal prejudices based on their assumptions of me reflect in our official business. Less than professional and less than acceptable. My advice is go elsewhere.
