Purchased on line which was misleading on website not clear about process .whilst I appreciate nothing to do with lakeside store I found them un helpful . And they didn’t care will not be using Robert days again very disappointed

Visited the Lakeside store today and what a great team, Very polite and smiling which is good to see in these times :0 well done team especially Samantha who we dealt with amazing customer service thank you !! Nice store. Wide range of house hold items available. Staff are friendly. However could do with more staff serving at tills during busy times.
Wouldn't recommend buying from their website, really bad service, no communication and tracking available on items. Waited more than two weeks for an order for which the money was taken but out of stock. After weeks trying to contact customer service, was told that the items wasn't dispatched as it was out of stock.
