Treated like a criminal. Went to my local Robert Dyas but they didn’t have enough of what I wanted. So checked with the helpful staff and then went to Canary Wharf to make up the missing quantity. Found the extra I needed and told the assistant I’d bought the other ones in another store...and was asked to show a receipt!!! Who the on earth tries to steal two shelf brackets costing £4 at the counter? What if I’d lost the receipt? Felt like a criminal. Disappointing shop assistant.

It's a store where you can find anything what you need to the office, kitchen or anywhere ASAP till you lunch break lasts. Bulbs mops glasses lamps wires screws or even a turntable player. Prices bit higher then usual but it saves you a lot of time in that location. The staff is friendly and up to date.
