Ordered a roast-to-go this evening. The food, when it arrived, wasn't actually too bad. However.... it was 50 minutes late!!!! I defiantly wasn't the most popular person with my colleagues tonight; especially as we work to a tight time schedule. Also, there were no Yorkshire puddings when we were supposed to have 8, no chipolatas as we ordered the "go large" option, there was no apple & horseradish sauce which I clearly ordered. No discount offered. Appaling service, completely ripped us off & lied to us.
