I went for a luxury manicure on Friday ahead of a big party I was hosting on Saturday. The girl that did it looked miserable throughout and as though she hated her job and about as friendly as a brick wall. I was left with very wet nails after five coats and expected to leave immediately. Apparently they are unable to dry nails. This is something that isn't pointed out when you book or even when you have the treatment. Consequently I couldn't even get into my car and drive home without ruining them. What a waste of money. When I rang to give them feedback they were just as hopeless. I give up!

You will not be disappointed with service here. Great manicures, tans, massages. I live in the area and have recommended this salon to lots of friends who go all the time now.

Lyn and the team at The Westerham Spa are absolutely fantastic. I've been going for years and they always have the latest products and treatments, they make you feel so relaxed - can't wait till next time!
