I can honestly say this is by Far the worst company I have ever worked for. The job it's self I quite enjoyed but as far as management go, unprofessional really is an understatement. The work given is only ever short lived, it's then a case of them filtering it out to who THEY choose to give it too. After speaking with a few colleagues who have no upcoming work atall or then having other colleagues who have no end of work for months onwards it was quite clear it was all just a popularity contest, so if you have bills to pay then good luck with that  informing the company of mental health issues was also my biggest mistake ever, I personally felt as though I was penalised from there after. If it's Retail Merchandising roles your looking for then there's plenty more companies to enroll with, I certainly wouldn't recommend RMS as the company is an absolute shambles.

Terrible customer service, we wanted to request a quote for their services and never received an email back nor phone call even though we made several calls and emails to them. They wasted our time with the initial first period and left us hanging for 3 weeks. Avoid at all costs! EDIT: After the review I can state that we most certainly wanted this company to do work for us and not the other company they stated.

Great to work for, really look after there staff. Great way to meet new faces and gain new experiances. Very helpful team with great potential for lots of opertunities.

I work/worked  I don't even know anymore for this company for nearly a year. The staff who assign the work are great. However overall they are terrible with communication when it comes to you trying to contact them for work and get no response. I've tried calling, messaging and email and nothing since Octobe/November. Plus when you make a complaint to their HR team about an incident involving another co-worker/workers they don't take you seriously and basically say they'll deal with it then brush you off.  Worst experience I have every had and this was my first ever job out of university.

So far my experience of working for the company has been enjoyable.

Shift scheduling could have been better.

Been subject to personal verbal abuse, false statements made by the agency even though clearly they are basing not to pay even though their claims are unfounded. Communication terrible, employ employees directly rather than lose money to RMS
