Ralph is a legend... the review would stop there really but please understand that customer service and craftsmanship like this is a rare thing these days. I have used Ralph for years and sent others to him. Most recently he re-sized a ring that I thought could not be done due to a pattern on the outside. But 30 mins later it fits like a glove. Could not recommend highly enough.
I have used Ralph for many years to alter 2 rings to make into pendants I have also recommended him to many people. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
RMS has been here for many many years...Well over 30! Ralph, the owner, is a great guy who can't do enough for you whether you're going in for something small or something a little more exotic it doesn't matter as he treats you great regardless. He specializes in bespoke jewellery and repairs but does stock a few pieces which he has made. His turn around time is very quick and his prices are very reasonable. If you're in the market for some jewellery then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little jewellers in bury to anyone.
Known ralph for years a wonderful man to deal with he resized my wedding ring and adjusted my watch bracelet in a matter of minutes he is a top man I will never go awere else for repairs and advice on jewelry matters
