We have dealt with Ross over the past few months concerning our very old cat and dog. We found him very understanding and informative and although we had to make two very sad and stressful decisions within a matter of less than two weeks, Ross helped us make the right decisions. We are very grateful to him for providing peace to both our pets and ourselves during an awful time.
Cannot thank Riverside Vets enough for the great care they provided for my cat Coco when she was ill. Sadly her story could not have a happy ending but everyone in the practice was so kind and supportive to me in making the decision to let her go and treated Coco with such respect and gentleness. I would highly recommend them.
Had a fright with a little tick stuck in my dogs eye while on holiday, called them and they saw her right away. They were really helpful and sold us a better tick remover. Thanks a lot!!
Phoned up for an appointment for my dog and receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Overall lovely staff and great with my dog.
On holiday in Straythe and one of our dogs got a tick. As we’d never seen one before we were unsure how to remove it safely so rang the vets. They were due to be closing soon but the lovely vet said we could pop straight along. She removed the tick and was so kind we wanted to write a thank you to her on here. Brock says thank you
Lovely practice with amazing friendly staff and knowledgeable vets. They were really caring with my old cat and were very gentle with him and very informative. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great vets.
Very deceptive and unacceptable behaviour Made me buy cream for £36 to remove a mark on my pup. The mark in question was a birthmark and no way what so ever it would be removed with a cream The woman was sniggering when telling the other person what cream and how much to charge
Went in around a year ago with my persian cat- waited 20 minutes in reception WITH CAT on her basket. Dogs everywhere- and in such a small area - Very badly thought out. My CAT wet herself on her basket in reception due to being so distressed. I asked the receptionist "Ismy appointment actually going to happen today"!...to be told I was being rude by reception-!! So I have vowed not to return and I am extremely happy with my new vets in Doune. Prior to take over this vets use to be amazing - really genuine and sincere! It's just a business now!!
My 11 year old cat received excellent treatment for a badly cut ear. Both the vet and the nurses were kind and and very professional. Thank you.
The vet was amazing with my bonnie and treated her like her own. Sound medical advice which created trust straight away. All the staff were very compassionate. Thank you for your help from myself and Bonnie !
