We had to rush our elderly dog for an emergency and every step of the journey back to him being his old self was brilliantly supported by the team at Riverside. Helen who treated him was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate and did a great job at explaining the treatment path and putting our minds at ease.
Up front costs on website, on calling to book a telephone consultation too, which was easier and stress free as it avoided the need to take our pup there when he was already in an anxious state. Lovely friendly staff too
Fabulous friendly staff great with my dog, so caring so lovely, helped our dog who was very poorly gave good care five star.

I brought my puppy Murphy to see Donna for the first time today for his second vaccination and our experience was just lovely. The receptionists were both kind and chatty, Donna took the time to explain key information on raising a pup and also helped to make a plan for fleeing and worming. Murphy was so chilled for our entire visit. Thank you so much for such a positive experience for us both
