Proper truckers cafe. Huge parking lot full of lorries and in the middle stands the cafe . I have eaten breakfast here a number of times and every time it has been a great meal. This is in my opinion the best place for breakfast in the area so perfect if you are passing on the way to Heathrow. Parking: Huge. No shortage of parking
Traditional old school transport cafe complete with giant pot holes in the car park, but a blessing compared to the homogenised rubbish of service stations. Expensive compared to my usual, but it is in effect London, and they do real coffee for a quid more . Nice breakfast plate with fried spuds on the side. What's not to like?Food: 4/5

This place is a minutes drive from my work place, thought I'd give it a go. I sure don't regret doing so and I'm the type of person where if the food isn't good, I don't go there. I love this place and I love the team, I have a sausage roll once a day, Monday to Friday, they save a roll for me because they keep running out, so I happily pledge my loyalty to them as a customer, for many good reasons and just keep turning up. I'm lucky this place is here. Thank you for my breakfast every morning girls. See you tomorrow!
2nd time there Last week, not been for sometime before that, i found the food excellent, and the pudding lemon sponge and custard very nice, also quite famous as it's been featured in one or two dramas, one being Silent witness
The Missus said it was the best sausage and egg sandwich she'd had in years. My cheese and onion baguette was delicious, and huge. Clean tidy cafe area, toilets could use a little t.l.c but were clean. Parking a bit muddy but relatively pothole free.
Great food, and excellent staff. I’d love to give this little gem 5* but unfortunately due to the parking area and showers I can’t The showers are fine, but for £2 you only get about 2 minutes… it would be better to up the price and give at least 5 minutes of hot water. Parking area is rough, extremely dusty in dry weather, very muddy in wet! Now saying all that, the food here is absolutely fantastic, decent portions and a good selection to choose from. To the owners: Please address the shower issue, it’s not possible to wash and rinse in the given time period. The staff are a credit, very polite and friendly.
I've sent all me nx coach drivers here. It's a bit on the expensive side for us poorly paid coach drivers. but you get great value for your money and also a decent mug of tea plus the food is absolutely piping hot and fresh great portions staff are lovely too . Plus it's off the road so parking is veey good. Not many places like around. Would. Be great to park on a Sunday afternoon as well as its only ten minutes drive from terminal 5 for our pickups. Overall I've nginf but great compliments from my fellow colleagues at Galloways coaches. Ans others one that do private hire I tell them all to come to Riverside you won't leave there starving that's for sure.
Excellent food, served quickly, friendly staff. Lunchtime they do really nice home made pies and a selection of meats.
