Took my mum here to have an injection in her back. She said the staff that oversaw the procedure were really friendly people that made her feel at ease with everything. Just be careful when coming to this surgery as the car park is a little on the small side, but I had no problems parking myself.
This practice never seems to improve. Called today to try to make appointment for quite a serious chest infection. Despite hardly being able to speak, interrogated by someone who isn’t a GP and advised to call at 8am tomorrow. When it comes to vaccinations however I have been invited numerous times in the last month. This is because the practice gets paid to deliver this. Pity the same diligence isn’t afforded to people who are actually ill. Changing practice as my husband’s practice offered him an appointment half an hour after calling and prescribed the necessary drugs.
Receptionist Jade.Very rude and aggressive, unmannered ,interrupting and do not listen what you say, do not want to listen about they mistakes they made with appointment. Actually not surprised, there is a lot of people like that work for nhs. SHAME !!!
Just phoned this surgery about a ultra sound i had on my leg on the 8th of August and was told they had not received the results back yet. K telephoned the doctors i had the ultra sound done at and they said the results were sent to riverside the same day. How can they say they have not got them.
Visited the surgery for injections and the receptionist was lovely and even made me a cup of tea which was above and beyond. The medical team doing the procedure and aftercare made me feel so relaxed and we had a good laugh. Excellent experience all round.
