Popped in to look at a lovely little Golf I'd had my eye on and was very pleasantly surprised by the young man who served us. I think his name was Lee. I managed to look around without feeling like I was being hassled or pushed. Although the car I wanted had been sold, they still had some great cars in there. Lee looked into many others cars they had online and although we didn't buy one this time, I will definately be back to buy one when another one catches my eye. Nothing was too much trouble and will happily go back to buy from such a lovely, polite and helpful young man. Well done Riverside Cars!nnJust an update......Bought one!!! Got myself a gorgeous black Volvo V40! Obviously waited to be served by the lovely Lee and was very happy with my lovely new car! Lee made sure I was happy with the inside which had an impeccable valet! Well done to the staff doing that too and all paperwork ready for me when I went to pick her up. Such a quick fab service. Will be taking my grandson there in the next couple of years as I know he'll get the same safe, great deal I've had! Only need to name her now! Thank you Riverside and especially Lee!
After seeing the reviews online and on truspilot I decided to buy my BMW from Riverside Sports and Prestige. I came down from Scotland to get the car. Very satisfied with the car and the service. Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a used car so the lighter plug wasn't working, but they gladly paid for the repair from a garage close to my house. Very recommended. High quality car and service. Thank you! I will be back, even if you're so far from me!
Just bought my new car from here. Was really pleased with the relaxed feel, instead of ramming all sales banter down your neck. We were served by Lee who was very pleasant and friendly, and more so very helpful. Would recommend for sure!!

I purchased 2022 Subaru Forester from Riverside Sports & Prestige. Richard Higgins was a salesperson. The car was in excellent condition both mechanically and appearance wise. Upon return home, I took the car to the official Subaru dealer, which checked and confirmed the car in perfect condition. Richard was very helpful with due diligence process on the car: service history and invoices from garages which serviced the car. I was really impressed with documentation system of the dealership - the purchase process took less than 20 min. Top marks for the company and big thanks for Richard.nnPost sale: Richard and Ross helped to use warranty to pay for the AirCon Repair. Excellent support and service.
