Not long back fron an amazing week at Bure Croft. Well what can i say, last year we spent one of the best holidays ever at Owlslick, another one of Riversides properties, i didnt think that could be beaten, but Bure Croft really excelled itself and lived up to Riversides expectations..It was amazing, a really beautiful house, clean, modern and full of every thing you could need, a real joy to stay there..There was 6 of us ( two familes) plus dog and there was more than enough room for us all to comfortably enjoy the week without being on top of each other. And i would like to thank Richard, i beleive, for his speedy help and the amazing use if modern technology by facetiming my son when we had differculties with the automatic timer on the bolier. A truly relaxing week, just what was needed a break from the hustle and bustle of normal life..i even managed to read a book.. The only down side was, i had to leave it behind, as i really didn't want to come home, But i'm in no doubt, we will definitely be booking again with Riverside Rentals, can't praise them enough, they take a big pride in all their properties ..xx

Stayed in their cottages 3 times now and can not fault them. Customer service is excellent. Prices are always fair and the cottages are great. Norfolk broads is a lovely place to be with the family. Riverside Rentals are a great holiday company and I highly recommend.

Paid £955 for a weeks stay to be housed next to a building site. They apparently take no responsibility and did nothing and refused to compensate. They do not care about customers. AVOID

TERRIBLE: booked a cottage for 1 week in Horning through these people. The cottage was filthy. We had to wash every single dish and piece of cutlery before we could use it. There were still crumbs on some of the plates which had been put away dirty. There were rings in the tea cups. The en suite toilet had brown stains in the pan and the water was stagnate and stunk. The shower was full of dead mosquitoes in spider webs. they don't appear in this state over night! I didn't dare use it in case it had legionnaires. Complained to the owner who was very apologetic but when the man from riverside came over he was rude and simply didn't give a damn. No 'I'm sorry' ...he actually argued that the cottage was cleaned and basically told us we were lying. Wouldn't book through this agent. Shoddy cowboys charging £150 per week to service cottages but don't do the job.

Having been on holiday with Riverside Rentals several times over the past years , I feel it would be selfish not to share our good fortune with other people who are looking at this type of holiday and are undecided who to choose to help them enjoy the Broads having a very comfortable well located base to come back . We have been in several of there houses and they all get the thumbs up as does there help and service . You don't need to go further than Riverside Rentals they have it all .
