Simply one of the worst shops I’ve stepped foot into. I reported out of date muffins to one of the sales assistants as they were moulded and a few days later I went in to complain about picking up out of date bacon and crisps and one of the sales assistants was very ignorant and replied with “almost everything in this shop is out of date.” I’d went in again recently to buy a drink and the same sales assistant I’d complained to flipped my item upside down and sarcastically told me it was in date. The younger staff ruin the experience in the shop with their ignorance.
Whatever member of MENSA decided to make the petrol side of the business ‘pay at pump’ only I’ll never know. Wiser eatin’ grass my Mother used to say. Haven’t used it for fuel since it dumped BP and started selling whatever spot market fuel it sells now. It’s a pretty grim environment in the shop itself now and never seems to be as busy as it was when Tony Anderson owned it. Staff are chirpy enough but you rarely see the same employee twice as they turn over their staff. I’ll keep using it for my broadsheet newspapers and cat litter Co Down Spectator but that’s about all.
I go here all the time. This shop has really friendly and helpful staff, I always stop and have a chat with them. Their sandwiches are great and they've always good deals on.
I usually get my Patio Gas from here but there stocks were very low and I had to return next day. Friendly staff however
Honestly, some of the staff are extremely rude & unpleasent. There's a young lad who works there who always gives you the "stare" as if he thinks you're going to rob the place, even though he's seen me many times before - very irritating! They need to employ staff who are friendly & don't make you feel uncomfortable - I actually try my best to avoid going in there these days, not that it's a bad place to shop, I just don't like some of the staff & their pathetic demeanors.
Previously great place now new management,different selection of goods & less choice,only visit infrequently now.
Local petrol station with friendly staff, the prices are also fairly decent for a local independent retailer.
Staff excellent

Car wash is good but never no wax!
