Great care home. Without doubt the best place for your loved ones, giving them everything they need to carry on with their life under a caring and nurturing environment. From personal care, cleanliness and support with every day life and community spirit. Staff are professional, caring and most of all show that being part of a family matters. My mother in law got the best care and my aunt is still there and receiving the best care from the staff.
Our Mum is currently here at Riverside, Burton on Trent. As a family we all agree that she is very well cared for. Staff are friendly, respectful to residents and families/visitors. Mum engages well with the staff and residents and frequently praises her carers when we visit her. We appreciate the warm, caring environment and would like to thank everyone for making it so.
Wonderful staff, good food, garden/patio, lots of activities. Residents treated with respect, assisted but keeping independence as far as possible.nGenuinely caring care home.
Great, I always enjoy visiting grandma there. Friendly staff, and I can bring the dog with me.
