Fantastic place to stay in Llangollen. Our room was very nice with a view of the River Dee. It was so nice sleeping with the sounds from the river. The breakfast nap I had was pretty good. Close to everything in town and you can book several adventure tours on site.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights, the hotel was in a good location, the room was a good size and it was clean and tidy.nThe bed wasn't very comfortable but it too was on clean.nMy only negative thing about the room was the shower wasn't very big and there wasn't any slip mat.nBut overall we enjoyed our stay.
The location was great near the town centre. The self check in was easy & convenient.nRoom number 8 was clean & comfortable & had a beautiful river view. There were tea & coffee making facilities & complimentary biscuits.nThe breakfast was served in the coffee shop next to the property. There was a choice of breakfasts. We had the Welsh breakfast, it was delicious & was served quickly by the lovely staff.
Stopped here for lunch, lovely spot on the river and good outside seating. Very nice staff, great service and delicious food served piping hot and quickly. We’ll definitely visit again when in the area.
Was about to go in for breakfast this morning but forcing pedestrians onto the road on a bend is putting two fingers up at disabled people. And dangerous for everyone else. Do better.nnUPDATE: Shamefully dishonest response from the owner as the vans belong to the same business cafe/hoteloutward bounds. Obviously otherwise I wouldn't have left the review. Again do better.
