Very rude customer service, the lady on the kids floor started to harass me whilst I was looking at an item, she told me they need to be quarantined as I was FEELING the material, NOT WEARING. She needs training on customer service, covid and basic manners.

I love River Island fashion but the staff are not friendly or helpful at all. My opinion is they need re-training in customer service
Meh not great stuff
I've always gone passed this store, thought it was only for younger people. Was looking for a blouse for a suit I bought somewhere else. Couldnt find a blouse anywhere until I went into river island. Bought a most beautiful blouse. So many people have commented on it. Will defiantly be going in there to shop.
customer service really bad
I bought some Chelsea boots in their sale. The staff were really pleasant and helpfull.
