So if I were to review Ritz last weekend I would have gave it a 5/5 
The food was amazing and it came quicker than the expected delivery time. 
Today however has changed my mind. 
We ordered a large tray of kebab meat with a tub of gravy, one gravy chip butty and a cheesy chip butty with two cans of pop.
When our food arrived they had sent us a cheesy chip butty with gravy in it... 
If you can even call it a chip butty. 
It actually looks like vomit in a rock hard bun. 
When my boyfriend rank Ritz to tell them our order was wrong they insisted that's what we ordered and we were wrong. 
Absolute appalling attitude towards customers. 
Safe to say we won't be ordering from them again. 
It's a shame really because last week's takeaway was beautiful. 
Some staff clearly need to work on their attitude problems.

Kebab wrap chips and garlic is the best thing in the north east especially if it's from ritz.

Varied menu as well as fish and chips they do pizzas, wraps and kebabs. Never had anything bad from here.
