Wheelchair entrance: ramp can be brought out on request. (too long to keep out all the time) Lovely store and staff. Products have distinct but mild sets and do not overwhelm the senses when entering. Staff is quick to offer assistance and the beauty bar offers an area where you can test different products. Sensible packaging and recycling/refilling schemes to help reduce carbon footprint. Interior of thr store is designed using sustainably sourced materials to aid in that goal.

I dont usually bother writing reviews but I just wanna point out about the exceptionally great customer service provided by one of the sales assistants that I experienced this very afternoon. She made me feel so welcomed, very helpful in testing the products on me and guiding me to decide which body care products most suitable for me. Would definitely come back to this one store although i can get the products in John Lewis or other retails! Oh and they also serve free tea while i was there :)

I visited the store yesterday for the 1st time. I was served by Anaelle. I strongly disagree with the sales culture. They intenionally hire good looking french sales people like Anaelle, to entice you to buy their products. When I left the store it dawned on me that I spent 31.50 for a candle. When I looked up the return policy they don’t accept refunds. I feel ripped off and extorted.

Lovely and friendly staff, though it's a limited range relative to other cosmetics shops, and the staff can be so friendly/eager it grates
