went down to have the wheels aligned on my car that I informed them on the phone was a older vehicle. After a brief inspection was told by who I assume is the boss that they “couldn’t be bothered to faff around with it and not for the money they were charging”. Fair enough I have no problem with this but the way it was expressed was some what unexpected. I made a quick departure having felt that despite pre-arranging and then waiting a good few hours to take the car down (I could have had it sorted elsewhere in that time) that I had totally wasted his time and shouldn’t of had the cheek to expect them to even consider doing this work for me. Well I have to say that I like to use local businesses but I have had a poor customer experience here and shall not be returning anytime ever again.

Fast and friendly service to fix my tyre and get me back on the road again. Will use them when I need replacements in the coming year.
