I received the wrong colour initially, due to a mix up over the paint codes. However, this was dealt with promptly and I quickly received the correct colour and no extra cost.

Wrong colour mixed initially due to Pantone but it was dealt with in a professional manor. Good service overall and the 2k aerosol sprays flat with minimal orange peel affect.

In response to David Williams. Thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate all reviews good and bad as this gives us feedback and helps us grow as a company. Although, if you're going to write a review please do tell the full story. The Ford paint code that you supplied us with was not being recognised within our system therefore we had to question this with our paint suppliers, in the meantime we emailed you to ask if their was any more information in case of the rare situation where e had been giving an incorrect colour code by the customer. You then informed us that the colour code supplied on your order sheet was the correct one which we then passed to our paint suppliers who informed us there are 3 different variations, standard shade, a lighter shade and a darker shade. In this case we kindly sent you another email to see if you could send us a close up photo in natural daylight of the colour so that we could compare this to our in house swatches to guarantee the colour you was receiving was the correct variation of the code that you required. We did not once say we would undertake a colour match to a picture on a computer as this is virtually impossible due to colour loss through a computer screen. A refund was requested by yourself in the following email which we granted to you almost straight away. We could have sent you the standard variation straight away without asking and if this had been a perfect match then that would have been great. However, if the standard variation was not correct for you then you would have had an aerosol with the incorrect colour variant that you required. This is the reason we wished to liaise with yourself in order of getting this sorted and your order processed correctly.

Absolute pain in the ass to deal with. Ordered one can of paint giving all the information required. After nearly 3 weeks a can finally turned up with white paint in it. Complained and after a further 3 weeks had to pay myself to send the can back for them to "inspect" as they didn't believe me despite sending photos of the paint coming out of the can -they actually tried telling me that bright mint green was mainly white and I was made to feel like an incompetent who didn't know how to use a spray can. Turns out they had sent me a can of white paint and 2 weeks after that I finally got the paint I wanted, no apology, refund or anything. Waste of time and money -if you want custom paint go elsewhere, this place is useless on all levels and treat customers like dirt.
