Arrived in a huge group of people celebrating a birthday late at night when the place was completely dead. We were told that unless we each had membership we had to physically leave! Only after one staff member made the sensible decision to go against this absurd company policy and let us stay, thus making hundreds of pounds worth of business for the chain, could we attempt enjoy our visit. The only good things in this place were said staff member, who was fun to be served by. A contrast to the other who wanted to stick to policy and turn away the only business the club would have had that night.... And the pool tables. Table football was not lit, neither was the dartboard. The place looked pretty run down in general. Maybe this could be fixed by letting a few more people in and making some more money!!!! Sorry, but the place just doesn't quite cut it.
