he arrived an engineer and before starting he made me sign the fixed price of work 95 pounds without VAT ... then I started and I was only to connect the gas pipe. and in fact and one of the 4 signatures was not right this morning on all saying :::: it doesn't work well i can't go on with the work :: if you change the right piece today you call me and i will finish the job ... the piece is changed and after paying 117 pounds only for 25 30 min of work continuing to call the company who come today and replied that they come on Monday. I don't see the reason why I should talk about incorrect people.  I, who paid in advance, have to wait until Monday to cook ????  not anymore

Be warned you will be charged over £150 even if the call out accomplishes nothing with a measly £20 reduction offered from original £183.60 bill even though engineer arrived after 1 for a n 8-12 time slotand then only after I phoned office.The engineer was then honest enough to admit he did not know exactly what fault was.He suggested a new boiler but also mentioned if I contacted boiler manufacturer they may be able to repair it.He then left after less than 30 minutes with nothing accomplished. When contacted I offered to pay half the hourly rate but was threatened with debt collectors and eventually a £20 reduction,and to add insult to injury offerd a free boiler quote!!!
