If you want reliable, polite service, don't go to Riggers. They close the shop at will, even though they are supposed to be open until 5.30. They tell you your order will be done and then deny the conversation when you go to collect it and just to add insult to injury, the owner told me that he would not complete the order I was relying on until after the weekend, because a large order had just come in and that took priority over all other contracts.
Such poor service , ordered uniform and was told Wednesday if not Thursday and then to be told no Friday. On arrival looked like a jumble sale and couldn't push my pushchair through, also waited in the shop unattended while he went across the road for a few packets of mentos. when calling poor harry who is staff has to relay everything to the boss in order to get a answer for customer's Well Y isn't he working on orders?.
Bought my son's school sweatshirts here. Very friendly helpful service. Sweatshirts still going strong 9 months later after lots of wearing, washing and tumble drying.
