Rigas builders have recently completed a single story extension to the rear of our house. They were on site for almost three months. We found them to be friendly, courteous and very professional. The build did not go smoothly with numerous problems along the way but Nick demonstrated his experience and competence by suggesting remedies which resolved the issues with minimal loss of time. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and puts to shame an extension we had done previously.
 Nick and the team were punctual and on site by 0800 every morning – they rarely finished before 1730. They were also as clean as possible with protection laid on the floors (site access was through the existing house), which was mopped every evening. They also swept the drive and road in front of the property following deliveries. 
The team were professional throughout and we are confident we have an extension which is built to an exceedingly high standard. We have no hesitation to give Rigas Builders the strongest recommendation.

I can highly recommend Nick and his team. They are very professional and hard working and put attention to every detail.

Nick and his team made a renovation of the top floor of our house. They did new electric wiring, installed new radiators, they have relocated the boiler and balanced all the system, new windows, flooring including insulation, they demolished old internal walls and built new walls, re-skimmed all walls and ceilings.

We are very happy with the results and we will definitely take Nick and his team to next jobs which we plan in the future.

Nick and his team did a 2 storey extension for us. 

They were all incredibly professional and the work is excellent. 

They were all very pleasant and took the time to speak to our 2 year old (he thought it was fantastic). 

I would and already have recommended Rigas to my friends and family.

Rigas Construction built the extension on the back of the house.  The team worked diligently and professionally ensuring they protected the existing building and furniture, and cleared up after each day.  Nick proactively discussed issues that arose and offered appropriate solutions when needed.  He was patient and understanding when we required minor changes to the original requirements. The work completed to a high spec and we are very pleased with the whole extension.  We would not hesitate to recommend Rigas Construction and would consider using them again for any future building work.

Nick and his team did a great job on our garage conversion. Always on time and considerate when working within the house. Always cleared any mess made during the day, which was great having two young children. Kept constantly updated of work progress and within timescales originally set out. Great attention to detail, would highly recommend!
