Always amazing service, really friendly staff that are always happy to answer any questions big or small. The owner was welcoming and even gave us a insulation bag to keep our tarantulas warm on the journey home. I am very new to the invert club but these guys will make you feel at home and guide you the best they can. The selection of Tarantulas are really good too. Would 100% recommend this place if you've never been. 11/10 :
Seen so many good reviews but was concerned about deliver as very rarely home. Read their delivery conditions and decided to order a smallish amount 45 rats/mice late on a Thursday to get delivery on Monday. Goods arrived as planned frozen solid and the quality is second to none. Will no longer order from anywhere else and the next order will be bigger. Thanks
Fantastic service with frozen food. Have not had a single issue with any of our orders since we started using them 2 years ago. I got a box of goodies with my order today and in the past have received gifts hidden away in my orders. Huge thank you to the team and I'll continue recommending you!

Drove all the way to ridgeway arrived at 5:15 to get frozen food to find they have changed the hours an shut at 5 not 6. An told to go away and waved a piece of paper with new times with the old times still on the door And nothing on the website to say about changes. Will not waste time and go back
I ordered my first order of frozen reptile food from Ridgeway and it was delivered to the wrong address, Finally got order but sent wrong items and missing others. Contacted Ridgeway and they replied that i send bank details via email for a refund of the difference in cost which is not secure Bad customer service. Will not be ordering from them again and advice others not to as well.
I ordered my first order of frozen reptile food from Ridgeway and it was delivered to the wrong address, left out in the street, in the rain, thawed and ruined. Contacted Ridgeway and they replied that this wasn't their problem and I'm not entitled to any help or compensation. Bad customer care and an obvious attitude. Will not be ordering from them again and advice others not to as well.
Great service these guys provide bought a lizard last month and had it delivered via courier to Scotland no problems at all . So happy I bought another lizard this month and waiting on delivery. Cant recommend them enough
Great shop with lots of cool animals well worth a visit I got my corn snake from there and the staff are very helpful and know their stuff
