Didnt turn up to Let us in on the day we.moved in. We had to call them.so they had obviously forgotten the appointment. They arrived 40 mins late. The house was dirty. Clearly had not been checked prior to moving in. There was no door on the downstairs toilet making it unusable. Tiles were off in the kitchen. We were told it included the garage bit the day we moved in they said sorry it doesnt!!! No reduction in rent. No apology. House was then far above the fair rent for what it now provided. Then suddenly they took half of the garden away. Apparently a long standing dispute with the neighbour. Again No apology or reduction in rent. Thankfully they didnt manage it so we dealt direct with the landlord after that. Then discovered they had registered the deposit in one name but it was a joint tenancy. We moved out, 3 weeks later still no deposit returned!! We have now bought a house so wont have all these problems again.

Received a rude response when simply inquiring about property that I found out was no longer available and seemed unwilling to help to find any other options. Not impressed by the lack of respect.

Neil and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with, the office has a great vibe and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ridgewater to any landlord in the area looking to change agent. I'm sure their sales side is also top notch. Go with Neil and his team, you can't go wrong.

Fantastic customer service. We have recently rented a property through Ridgewater Lettings the whole process went through very smoothly and quickly due to the staff being very efficient. Thank you for all your help we are really happy in our home
