A nice bunch at the shop, had an enquiry with them about J300 scooter and the boss wasn't available for some questions but called me back within 10 minutes, much better experience than other dealers that I have called. Delivery prices reasonable too, just over £1 a mile for my location. Thanks
Good service, did a MOT with bike collection for me and got it turned around quicker than they had quoted and than I had expected. Collection was much less than I had expected also. Can't complain, will definitely be taking the bike back down for it's MOT again next year!

My bike wouldn't start today Saturday and I needed it urgently for work on Monday. After Googling and phoning around, the only people who were able to help quickly were Riders. I had my bike recovered and as soon as I arrived, the mechanic looked for the problem. Within 15 minutes, he had found the problem and sorted it out! My bike is ready for work on Monday and the price was extremely reasonable, especially as they fixed the bike while I waited! Friendly and helpful staff and ensure that everything was sorted. If it wasn't for Riders, I would have had to wait until Monday for the bike to even be seen! Thank you!
Took my Zontes G1 for a service. Absolutely top job, checked the bike over, stripped down the brakes and did brake fluid for me while I waited. I looked around their bikes and they stock quite a few and certainly below market value prices. Think they need the space at the moment. Top notch service will definitely use again.
I broke down on the way home from work a few weeks back and after a quick call to Riders my bike was recovered within 20 minutes. I have used Riders for many years and the guys have always been super helpful. I have just purchased a new bike from them this week and they looked after me throughout the process. Thanks for all the continued help.
Very happy with the service recently received from the guys at Riders. Took my bike in for routine maintenance, plus asked them to check out an annoying sreaching noise from the front end of the bike , I had previously twice asked the originsl dealer I had purchased the bike from to check it out, but they were unable to resolve the issue. The guys at Riders found and sorted the problem and I had the bike back the same day, fantastic.
This was my first purchase from riders group and it was a great experience they were very helpful from start to finish nothing was too much trouble .the bike was delivered on time as described by a great guy l must say l would highly recommend them as it’s like dealing with a old friend .
