I've used Leigh at Ride It Cycles over the years and the service and price has always been great and competitive. Recently over the last 6 months I've purchased several upgrade parts for my eMTB, a wahoo kickr core turbo for winter training and a new Squish bike for my daughters 6th birthday. Each time Leigh and the team have looked after me.  I’ve recently upgraded my emtb and again Leigh and the team at Ride It Cycles have looked after me. I’d 100% recommend these guys!

Leigh and the team have done a great job in getting my Cannondale Scalpel back on the trails...even the pain of having to send the lefty fork back to UK distributor wasn't an issue...great value/great service and the showroom is what a proper bike shop should look like...thanks again guys

I’ve taken two of my bikes to have work done at Ride It and they are absolutely excellent. My gravel bike feels like it’s new, and the mountain bike now works better than it did when I bought it. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service. On a bike ride while on holiday in Bude, had an issue with my gear cable. Took the bike to this bike shop and although the workshop was fully booked they sorted the problem two new cables fitted straight away. Thanks Guys

Excellent service and at SPEED! My son broke the crank shaft on my Eco Expedition electric bike on his way home from work on Friday, I telephoned Ride It Cycles Saturday morning and I guess it was Leigh I spoke to, he said bring it in although the workshop was booked up until Thursday. So took the bike in Saturday lunch time and Leigh said he’d never seen one break like that before, left it with Leigh and within a couple of hours Leigh’s mechanic had a new replacement crank, bearings and peddle bracket all in place and the bike was ready for the road again all for under £60, GREAT service from Leigh and his team!

I would recommend this shop to anyone.  They are cheerful, friendly,  and helpful. They sorted my bike in no time.  So pleased with the service I received.

Great service when my gears failed early in my LEJOG trip, really helpful when I turned up on their doorstep and quickly got me back on the road. Knowledgeable mechanic, spares in stock and reasonable prices - couldn’t have asked for more.

I was bikepacking in Devon in May 2021 and had issues with brakes and gears. Called into Ride it Cycles and they prioritised my bike on a busy day. I They found and fixed the issues. Great service, highly knowledgeable staff, friendly and at all at a good price.  Was able to continue the tour thanks to the guys at Ride it Cycles. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Offered collection of bike out of hours if necessary. Didn't feel patronised for being a novice returning cyclist and not pushed into making decisions on what I wanted to buy. Highly recommended.
