We eat here every week and always find the food good and the staff friendly and helpful. They all know us! We even had our Christmas lunch here - curry for my husband, traditional for me. The atmosphere was very festive and food excellent. The only thing I would suggest is a half-portion option for the Xmas lunch as the portions were HUGE and I couldn't do it justice!  Vegetarian options: There&#39;s a good choice of veggie dishes on the menu.  Parking: The car park is very small so can be difficult when it&#39;s busy. We try to arrive early to avoid this problem.

Worse indian I've had in over 20 years. I collected my takeout and was cold by the time I was back home and home is only 1 minute away from the restaurant.  The masala sauce was very bland and the chicken was very dry.

Food was good and service was also good. I felt like the portions were smaller compared to other places I have visited but what we got was nice and tasty !

Was supposed to be a surprised 60th takeaway ordered for me by ordered by my sons on my 60 th birthday,ordered through Uber eatswhat a jokethey were told it arrive between 19.40-20.00 hrs,40 mins later still had not arrived and I ended up ringing Rickshaws up to be told that the delivery was on its way and was there at my houseno it wasn’tand when it turned upfor my suprise mealI complained to the Uber driver it was coldand his reply was it Was busy !!!!!!!!

We have used this place a few times now for takeaways and sitting meals and can’t fault it the food is absolutely banging. Reasonable prices as well

Changed ownership and chef in August 2017 and the standard of service and food has stepped up another level. Been coming here for 1.5 years now. My best wishes to the delightful staff.

This is our favourite Indian restaurant in Ashby , we travel 40miles to our friends and go to Rickshaw,  great food and  athmosphere , you should try it if your around the area.  Kid-friendliness: Kids have always been welcome , obviously well behaved .  Parking: Can be quite tight at busy periods , so parking on road is advised

We had a take away on Saturday night. Friends collected it for us. It was already and waiting, piping hot and absolutely beautiful. There were five of us and all the dishes were excellent. Thank you for such great service. We definitely will be back, thank you
