Great burgers and milkshakes. Far nicer than other well known chains! Ribs were not a saucy as we'd like but possibly due to takeaway. Great packaging on takeaway and I was able to recycle most of it.

I have had delivery from Richie's for a long time now but tonight was my first time eating in. Not one complaint. Service was quick, food was amazing, music/atmosphere was perfect. I have no issues with recommending or returning!

Absolutely disgusted!, that we haven’t ordered  from here before. The food was amazing, great portions and very tasty. We will definitely be ordering again. Forget the big steak houses, go local, go Richies Diner!

Very good food and always on time, will definitely order again 

Second experience of a delivered meal. Both meals were exceptional... today's was beyond that. If it was delivered to my table would have been up there with the best steak meals I've eaten... superb. Very reasonable in price too. Thank you very much.

Excellent American style food. Really good hamburgers. Don't let the decor fool you! The Empire State burger in picture was perhaps a bit too big!!

The food arrived 20 minutes late, cold and SO greasy. The chips were a dark brown colour, greasy as hell, limp and stone cold. The Tennessee chicken was cold and bland along with the onion rings. I'm sorry but do not order for delivery from this restaurant.
