Total scam. I had an accident and called this company. They asked for payment upfront, promising to send a car lifter within 25 minutes. After 5 hours, a small lifter finally arrived, but it couldn’t lift the car. I requested a bigger lifter to pull the car out of the ditch, but they claimed I hadn’t mentioned the car was in a ditch, even though I had told them multiple times, including the driver. They then demanded an additional £400 for the larger lifter. When I asked for a refund, they refused, saying they had already provided the service. Avoid them at all costs!
Waited for over 6 hours after their initial contact said I needed a recovery, and then never arrived, sat all night in a car park awaiting them. Thank god the RAC then sent highway recovery who were there within 15 minutes of been contacted.
We had a bit of a tiff at first although they were just Doing their job but they ended up being really helpful for my situation and professional and calming my anxiety suzzie or sally? and the other lady! I walked away feeling calm and relieved by the process by these two ladies so thank you :
The two recovery drivers barry and tyler arrived in very good time less than 20mins following a tyre blow out to our tow smart car, whilst on the M1. They were very polite friendly and supportive. They kept me informed as to there expected arrival time. No problems with the recovery from the motorway Tibshelf services to take my car to their compound.
Update!!! I have contacted the South Yorkshire police and crime commissioner to inform him I believe this company breaches the the OPCC contract schedule, I have also contacted the Mayor of South Yorkshire highlighting this disgraceful companies practices, action may follow!! Shame I cannot give zero stars for this pirate group of people, they make it difficult for you to get your stolen car back so they can charge you more money, they think they are the police, don't use these people, stay well clear! You have been warned, wait till they try the bolted door trick.
